If you are on this website, you agree to these terms and conditions, and these policies apply to you.
We reserve the right to amend our T&C’s with or without notice at any time. All these T&C’s are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
“You” refers to all users of our website and all customers who have made or intend to make purchases through us.
“We” refers to Beer oClock and its business partner The Drinks Delivery Company.
You must be aged 18 or older to purchase alcohol in South Africa. It is illegal to sell your beers to anyone under that age too. If you are buying a gift for someone, they must be aged 18 at the time of receipt, unless the product is entirely non-alcoholic. As such, deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our appointed courier or administrator is in doubt about the age of the recipient, ID may be requested. We reserve the right to cancel any alcoholic delivery pending doubt regarding the age of the intended recipient.
It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit before taking receipt of delivery.
We plan to deliver your beers very promptly, but liability for delays will not be carried by us.
We will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on or sold by this website or its affiliated online accounts.
Please make sure to store and consume your products with applicable care and within a reasonable time frame to prevent expiration or degradation.
We will make every plausible effort to supply products as listed on our website and social media accounts, but in some cases this may not be possible. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or a refund.
If you wish to return your purchased products, please contact us directly. Return shipping will need to be paid by you unless the products are defective. A refund will be processed for the products as applicable.
Payments can be made on our online store using credit/debit cards, or instant EFT followed by a Proof of Payment. Card payments are made through a secure server. We do not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering, but a contract will only exist once your products have been dispatched to you.
By using our website, you agree that your customer information is stored on our secured database through cookies.
